STEP 1
Initial consultation and assessment
We’ll conduct a thorough walkthrough to assess the physical property, including the condition of amenities and equipment, as well as the finances of the HOA or COA. We’ll discuss the board’s pain points and priorities for improvement, then submit a proposal for tackling issues and improving the community.
STEP 2
Develop a strategic plan with the board
We’ll meet with the board, individually and collectively, to prioritize objectives and arrive at a plan to complete projects and meet goals—from improving aesthetics and managing budgets to ensuring compliance and community building.

Build board confidence with education & support
We’ll provide good guidance and education to board members so they can confidently make sound decisions for their communities. We’ll help educate board members on leadership, ethics, risk management, conflict resolution, and other critical components to creating and managing a thriving community.
